Error 102d-0000 is Spindle Code Mean?

On a Roland DE-3 Engraver, what does the Error Code 102d-0000 mean and how do I resolve it?

 

1)Remove the spindle belt and see if get the same error occurs.
If they get the same error, then it was spindle motor error.

2) If the error does not error with the spindle belt on, then it a spindle issue, replace the spindle.
