How to deactivate from the old computer to activate it on a new computer (Activation Codes)

  • Deactivating on your current computer to activate it on a new computer

Activation codes give you the flexibility to install your software on more than one computer. It's important to note that you can only use your software on one computer at a time

Before you install your software on a new computer, you need to deactivate first.
  • Click on Help/Deactivate Product. The program will close and now you can activate on another PC.
Once you've installed your software on the new computer, fill in the activation information.

From this point on, it is simple to deactivate on one and reactivate on the other.

  • Reactivating back on the first computer

To reactivate back on the first computer:
  1. Click on your program icon, You'll be prompted to activate with the current code, a new code or upgrade code.
  2. Select Current Code.
  3. You'll see a message that your license is active and the software will reopen.
