If you encounter a filter block warning error on your Purex Digital Filtration System 400i, 400i-PVC, 800i, 1500i, 2000i) you can contact us for assistance via our HelpDesk Support Ticket (click here). Please include your machine’s serial number.
Some troubleshooting tips are:
A.) consider the last time your filters were replaced. Normally this error is caused due to clogged filters or blocked hoses. If both filters have been replaced, another common problem is
B.) incorrect parameter settings. For example, a high CFM parameter, depending on your connections, can cause this error message. Send us a picture of, or type out and send us, the settings that you’re currently using for your system.
C.) If the parameters have not been changed and there are no air flow blockages, clean out the vacuum sensor hoses. The machine comes with this key to open the electronics. You will use canned compressed air to gently blow out these clear hoses. If the problem continues, please contact us as the issue may be caused by a malfunction with the PCB Main board.
