T500 Water Chiller Teyu CW-6200BN E7 Error Code

Causes for Error Code E7 on GCC T500 Water Chiller and ways to resolve issue.

E7 - is a generic code for no flow detected.  Several causes \ reasons why there is no flow -
(A) Pinched Water Hose Lines , (B) Low or No Water, (C) Defective Pump, (D) Defective Water Flow Sensor
A common problem is when clients do not use distilled water as instructed in the chiller manual.  Other waters contain contaminants which will block the water sensor or damage the pump.  If the pump is stuck, you can attempt to open the pump/motor cover and try to dislodge the frozen motor shaft.  Following are some ways to fix the issue or bypass the alarm:
1. Refer to the attached video (Water Sensor Dial Chiller Teyu - click here) , try turning the water sensor dial.
1a. Disassemble the inlet water pipe joint
          2a. Use a small screwdriver
          3a. Turn the propellor inside
          4a. Gently turn until smooth
5a. Install the back joint and water pipe to start the machine

2.Refer to the picture below, use a short pipe to loop INLET and OUTLET, see if “E7” disappears.
If E7 still remains, the water sensor or chiller needs to be replaced.
3.If both of these failed you can refer to the video (Bypass e7 Chiller Teyu- click here) attached to bypass the alarm.
