Warranty for Iradion Laser Tube (30GTE/40GT)

40GT/30GTE Laser Under Warranty:

1.Twelve (< 12 old) months under: The laser will be repaired free of charge and returned with a full new warranty.

2. Over Twelve (> 12 old) months: Two options are available and valid for lasers with an
original Twenty-Seven (27) months:

(a) Free of charge: The laser is returned with a 15-month warranty.
(b) Pay $1,750: The laser is returned with a new 27-month warranty.

40GT/30GTE Out of Warranty Repair:

All RMA Repairs for lasers $2,900.- - Full Twenty-Four (24) month Warranty from Repair\Invoice Date.

5-Year Gas Life:

1. Guarantees optimal gas performance for five (5) years from the manufacturing date under normal operating conditions.

2. Free Gas Refills: Applies only to RMAs where the sole issue is gas degradation (no leaks or other defects).

3. Valid for laser under five (≤ 5) years old.

4. Excludes lasers with improper maintenance, environmental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Gas Degradation Commitment Does Not Cover Leaks:

1. If a leak is detected during RMA inspection, the repair is not free, even within the 5-year gas life.

2. Costs follow standard repair pricing, dependent on warranty status. If the leak is outside the warranty period, it is considered a major repair (see out of warranty repair above).

Limitation:

1. Warranty Voidance: Improper maintenance, environmental damage, or use of non-Luxinar parts.

2 .Aged Lasers: Tubes over Seven (>7) years are recommended to be replaced by a new laser at quoted prices.

3. Typical RMA repairs will be returned within Two (2) weeks after the RMA is received.
