OPTIONS TO TEST:
1) Run it without any hose and filters attached. This helps to clear any buildup in the FMU, sometimes triggers alarm when is saturated. If is still alarming, disconnect the FMU from the board while is alarming, is the green ethernet cable. If it stops, is the FMU. If this doesn't work probably is the FMU that went bad.
2) Try to lower airflow as it could be running too high- To lower the speed press up and down at the same time and then go down until you reach a number close to the middle of your machines capacity. The blinking will stop by itself.
3) Check for leaks on the main filter with a flashlight inside the top compartment of the filter when is in the lock position. This is to check for light gaps between the gasket and the top edge of the filter. If there are some gaps, it could leak some fumes into the sensor when is extracting since is bypassing the main filter.
4) If there are no gaps, we have to check which are the values for alarm and warning. It should be 85% and 75% respectively. This can be checked in the Alarm menu on the Main menu. Please contact us so we guide you, make an appt online with our service technician. If those values are correct, then we have to check if there is a problem with the FMU or the board.
5) Monitor- possible failure of FMU Monitor Sensor Unit # MPEA-400440 (click).
