Cermark Defective Spray Cans RMA Returns

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issues with your Cermark Spray product.  We will need you to fill out an Support Ticket at CermarkUSA.com (click here).

1) Select DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - RETURN INQUIRY RMA selection box for Inquiry Type.

2) Provide us with your company information and Jorlink 's\ CermarkUSA Order or Invoice number.

3) Provide LOT# information at the bottom of the can or bottle and if available upload the picture of it and the damage can.

If within three to six (3-6) months of purchase, Jorlink will ship one to you and invoice for the shipping ONLY, you can also provide your UPS\FedEx GROUND account number.
