How can I reactivate for license after my computer PC crashes?


EngraveLab_SignLab* The below process is only for CURRENT SOFTWARE or ONE VERSION BEFORE.  Two or lower versions will need to upgrade.

 

Client should have\keep the software activation code for their software when it was purchased from their dealer. 

If computer\PC crashes, client needs to send a request to reset it through our Fiery Website

  • Click the Ask Licensing Assistant button at the bottom right.

  • Enter all required information.

Once information is validated and your software is current, your activation code will be reset, and you will receive an email confirmation.
