Client should have\keep the software activation code for their software when it was purchased from their dealer.
If computer\PC crashes, client needs to send a request to reset it through our Fiery Website

- Click the Ask Licensing Assistant button at the bottom right.
- Enter all required information.
Once information is validated, your activation code will be reset, and you will receive an email confirmation.
